“Make your commute more exciting, and slightly dangerous!”
Most scooters are built for calm commutes. This is not one of them. The Topriding Foholo F15 is a 60v dual motor mayhem machine, and your morning commute will never be the same!
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to commute standing up on a pogo stick going highway speeds… this is it. So is it worth your hard earned money? Let’s find out!

Power and Performance
The Foholo F15 packs serious punch: two 2800W motors for a combined 5600W peak output, fed by a 60V 21Ah battery. Topriding claims up to 55 miles of range, but that’s if you’re babying the throttle.
In real-world testing, you’re looking at 20–25 miles if you ride aggressively, and that’s still solid for a scooter this powerful.
Acceleration is brisk but not jerky. It ramps power smoothly, letting beginners ease in without feeling like they’re being launched into orbit. Once you hit sport mode + dual motors, though, hang on — the F15 surges past 40 mph with confidence, and on flat pavement, it topped 47 mph in my tests

Ride Quality and Handling
The suspension on this scooter is no joke. It’s easily some of the plushest I’ve felt on a stand-up scooter, with legit front and rear travel that absorbs cracks, curbs, and small jumps without beating you up. On rough terrain, it gets a little bouncy — like you’re riding a pogo stick on caffeine — but it’s surprisingly capable off-road.
The 12-inch “explosion-proof” tires (yes, that’s what they call them) add stability and grip on uneven surfaces. Just don’t get too brave — even with the suspension, this is still a scooter, and roots or big logs will throw you around fast.
At high speeds, it actually feels more stable than you’d expect, though steering is heavy. The front end resists quick inputs — almost like it has a built-in steering damper — which helps with straight-line stability but makes tight turns a workout.
Features and Design
Topriding nailed the feature list for this price:
- Dual charging ports (and they include both chargers!)
- RGB lighting system (because apparently we’re all riding gaming PCs now)
- Dual headlights + rear brake/turn signals
- Adjustable handlebars for taller riders
- Folding frame for transport
- Optional seat post with suspension
- Big, bright display visible even in direct sunlight
I’m personally not a fan of the permanent RGB light show — there’s no way to disable it separately unless you unplug it under the deck — but if you like standing out (literally), it’s a cool touch.
One major gripe? Cable disc brakes. At nearly 50 mph, I’d much prefer hydraulics. Thankfully, the regenerative braking system picks up a lot of slack, doing most of the heavy lifting to slow you down safely.
Range and Battery Life
That 60V 21Ah battery gives solid runtime for the power on tap. After 13 miles of high-speed riding, the battery still sat around 59V — just under half. Expect up to 20–25 miles in sport mode, or 35–40 miles if you stick to single motor and eco mode.
Charging is quick too: with both chargers plugged in, you can cut charge time nearly in half.
Pros
- Super fast for a $1,000 scooter
- Full suspension smooths out big bumps
- Dual chargers and ports included
- Great stability at high speed
- Bright, readable display in sunlight
Cons
- Cable brakes instead of hydraulic
- Twitchy at low speeds
- RGB lights can’t be turned off independently
- Heavy (77 lbs) if you need to carry it upstairs
Verdict: The Commuter’s Pocket Rocket
The Topriding Foholo F15 feels like someone said, “What if a scooter was a drag racer?” and just ran with it. It’s fast, fun, and surprisingly stable when you’re flying down the street at 45 mph — but twitchy and wild enough to remind you you’re still on a scooter.
If you want something tame, look elsewhere. But if you want a budget-friendly dual-motor beast that can keep up with light e-motos and make your commute way too exciting, the F15 delivers ridiculous performance per dollar.
Just wear a full-face helmet… and maybe keep your phone out of the included holder.
