At first glance, the S3 Lava looks like a standard longboard, but flip it over and you’ll find its defining feature: a removable battery pack that locks neatly into the deck. Weighing about as much as a couple of water bottles, the pack is light enough to stash in a backpack, letting you extend your range with extras.
